The Canadian Space Agency has officially opened it's own mission control centre which will allow it to monitor day to day activities aboard the ISS.

CTV.caMission control operations for the Canadarm were handled by Houston until May when the new Canadian mission control center first became fully functional.
The centre had been up and running for a while but only certified by NASA in May.
"We passed with flying colours," CSA President Marc Garneau said.
NASA Administrator Sean O'Keefe said the mission control centre in Longueuil is "another important chapter in what has been a terrific partnership over a lot of years.
"It's now advancing it to the next level."
